Good News | Was getting set to haul my Super A to the shop because the clutch was 'stuck'. Put it in gear and was going to use the starter to move it into position to load on trailer. BINGO! This action 'unstuck' the clutch. When I was installing a new battery I had to jam the clutch pedal down in order to remove the battery box and I guess I pushed it too hard and it stuck. Anyway it is working now. Tractor is 72 years old so I will still be replacing the clutch (and brakes) in the near future. Anyway... 52 years ago when my wife and I were engaged I was at her family's farm and saw the tractor. I told her dad 'You give me that tractor and I'll marry your daughter. I've still got the tractor and the daughter.' Norm Curtis, WA, entered 2021-03-12 My Email Address: Not Displayed |
