Great find,and all complete too,glad its stock,thanks for posting,have 3 "DC"'3s

The fenders look not badly rusted where the two metal thickness meet. Either they have been repaired or the tractor has spent most of its life inside out of the rain.

Three of my four DCs had fenders when I bought them. All three tractors are either 52 or 53 with ribbed fenders. All had rust cancer in the lower porton of the fenders. Over the years, I have spent untold hours separating the parts, removing the rust, patching, and bracing. The fenders are finally ready to apply bondo--the great cover up.

My goal has been to to make the fenders rigid, water proof, and look normal on the operators side. Looking forward to getting the fenders back on the tractors this summer. Been running the tractors for years without fenders.

have to love the old DC's Mine "saved the farm " the farmers who custom cut baled and stacked big square bales for me quit the buisness as my hay was ready to cut. I had to act fast with little money bought an old haybine and went to work getting the odl DC which had sat next to the bar n for 12 years back to running condition! Rebuilt the cleaned the carb flushed boo koo crud out of gas tank had mag rebuilt...fingers crossed fired it up never missed a beat!!! The guy who made my big rounds drooled over how it looked and ran wanted it bad but no way No it is always under roof! Special Memories
