chris;
Yep, that's what that is!! I don't know how it is going to hold up. First yr. I've used one, but... NO HOLE's yet. I keep the snow off of it , for the most part. I just use a push broom to bounce the snow off, from under the top canvas.

The pipe frame is heavy 2 inch pipe, so if the canvas rips, I'll just put 1x2's on the truss pipes then cover the whole roof with roofing tin.

5/12 pitch should last forever. I hope!!!! :lol: Makes a nice car port too!!!!

Thank's for the reply!

Gary :)

Is that one of those canvas shelters with the pipe frame you have your tractor parked in? I have one of those and wondered how it would hold up to the elements being left up all of the time. Nice place you have there. i love the snow

Gary you have mail because I got snail mail today from you. Yep it got here 3 more days and it would have been a full month. Talk about slow mail. I think the pony express could have gotten it here sooner way back when they rode horses to deliver the mail

Thanks for the pics, Gary. Looks like you're getting plenty of moisture. I have to say, I think it would be fun plowing that stuff. Haven't had any of that white stuff here for about 5 years.
"Inspector" looks good too.
Jim

Jerry;

Yeh man, this last week it has snowed every day but thursday, on that day we had sleet and rain.

So far we have had over 35 inches of snow, in town, and about 13 ft. in the mountains around Pyramid peak pass. :shock: Fun snowmobiling!!!

Man, you folks have a lotta" snow on your side of the Missions, Gary! It" snowed here on Wednesday, about 5 inches, and I plowed the lanes because the forecast was for more snow. Never happened. Thursday afternoon the wind blew and the temperatures got to the 40"s and it was all gone by late afternoon. Just sloppy now.
