Yep! Found this in a old carriage barn. Last week when I got done plowing (pics coming) I stopped at the local farm & fleet to get a few things. Had the 2n on the trailer and this old guy stopped me in the parking lot, said he had an 8n that he wanted to get rid of and asked if I was interested. Been sitt'in for 16 yrs. Guess what followed me home?!

If you didn't get raped, it sure looks like a fine find to me! Some people have all the luck.

Engine is free, but the clutch is stuck. Sheet metal is as straight as an arrow, except for bottom of grill, it has a couple of kinks in it. It steers like buttah!!

Looks great! Going to farm and home stores with a trailer is a new way to shake out old tractors.

Amen to that brother! My buddy and I stumbled across a JD that way for him. Turned out to be the same model AND.... the next serial number after his!!!! Talk about a score for him and the price was right to.

I think I work at the same place you do, call me @ 3780 and I"ll meet you at 60/350 or somewhere else like an MWR grill for lunch some time
