I need to redo the wiring harness on my Super A. The majority of the old one is usable as a guide but has had some new work spliced in for the starter. I have the operators manual which shows the wiring diagram but it is the manual for the pre '51 version so it shows magneto not distributer ignition. If someone could post one for the '53 it would help. I was wondering how much wire I need? I know it is a bit heavy but I am planning on using #8 automotive wiring (I know cloth braid is original but it will not just be a show tractor) will there be any problems using this wire? Is there any way to test the voltage regulator as I have no idea if it works or should I just replace it? Any other suggestions? Thanks in advance. SAm in NS
